Our Inventory Reports are professionally created to include comprehensive descriptions, digital photos as well as 360 colour photography on all reports. On attending the property, a full inspection, listing all fixtures, fittings, contents and the condition of the property at that time will be recorded.
An Interim Report will provide updates on any changes in the condition of the property’s fixtures and fittings during the tenancy. These assists Landlords in any damage that may have occurred due to faults with the equipment they have supplied or caused by Tenants themselves. This type of report can highlight issues at an early stage and be of benefit to both Landlords and Tenants.
At the end of the Tenancy, the property is inspected thoroughly, and a comparison is made on any differences between the present condition of the property and that described in the initial Inventory Report. This will include specific details about the property’s general condition and cleanliness. This will include any items that are damaged or missing from the property.
This comes as standard in most reports. 360° images alone can drastically reduce the time spent inside a property. They allow us to capture the entire contents and general overview of a room in one snap, rather than taking lots of standard general overview photos.
The reports will be normally sent to the Agent/Landlord/Tenant within 48 hours.
The 360° images can get flipped-out and converted in virtual tours when residents vacate their property – making them dual purpose for reporting and market purposes.
